a) Free Version (Try Before You Buy):
You may use the Free Version of the Software for personal or professional use indefinitely. THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE FREE VERSION IS PROVIDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EVALUATING THE SOFTWARE'S FUNCTIONALITY AND COMPATIBILITY WITH THEIR SPECIFIC HARDWARE AND SYSTEM CONFIGURATION PRIOR TO PURCHASING A LICENSE.

By purchasing a license, you confirm that you have tested the Free Version on your computer and are satisfied that it functions correctly on your system.

b) Paid Version (One-Time Purchase):
Upon payment of the applicable license fee, you are granted a perpetual license to use the full-featured version of the Software. A perpetual license grants continued use of the Software version purchased, but does not guarantee free access to future versions or major upgrades. A SINGLE PAID LICENSE PERMITS THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE ON EXACTLY ONE (1) COMPUTER AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

c) Transfer of License:
You may transfer your paid license to a different computer owned by you, provided that you first completely uninstall and remove the Software from the previous computer. Concurrent installation or use on more than one computer per single license purchased is strictly prohibited.

d) Single User License and Misuse:
Each license is intended for use by a single individual user. While the license may be transferred between computers as set out above, it may not be shared, distributed, or used by multiple individuals.

2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY

The Software is designed and tested to work on systems running Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11. PhoneSlim Ltd does not warrant that the Software will function correctly on:

• - Versions of Windows prior to Windows 10.
• - Future updates or new versions of the Windows operating system released after the date of your purchase.
• - Non-Windows operating systems (e.g., macOS, Linux).

While we may attempt to update the Software for future OS compatibility, we are under no obligation to do so.

3. DATA BACKUP AND FILE RESPONSIBILITY

Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

11. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
